Embarking on a journey of healing, both for myself and those under my care, often is a consequence of the presence of a current situation that evokes distress, pain, discontentment, and/or fear. This apparent catalyst, be it from a circumstance, a person, or an illness, can reverberate within our minds and bodies with relentless intensity and perseverance, until we pay attention . While it might seem like a mere reaction, it's essential to recognize that our perceptual framework is shaped by our past experiences, and our physical being is the result of a quantum microcosm. Therefore, it makes sense to delve into this origin to unearth the underlying cause of the present manifestation, whether it is physical, mental, spiritual, or emotional.

It's crucial to emphasize that this pursuit in no way diminishes the importance of seeking medical assistance. Nevertheless, drawing from decades of healing experiences, I can affirm that every facet of our being interconnects. Nutrition and exercise, for instance, influence our internal environment. Research demonstrates that the focus of our attention and thoughts shapes and reinforces specific neural pathway patterns. Our beliefs, expectations, and communication in relationships can define the course of our days, whether good or bad. Stress, whether self-induced or arising from external sources, has been shown to contribute to illness. The question that lingers is how we can alter these inherited, learned, and societally influenced patterns.

One potent healing approach starts with allowing ourselves to fully experience any challenging or distressing emotions that are currently present in our lives. There are moments when our psyche requires time to come to terms with specific losses and traumas, and it is essential to grant ourselves that time. When we are prepared, acceptance of what we are feeling becomes a cornerstone. This isn't the same as giving up; rather, it is about creating space within ourselves to acknowledge both our present state and the direction we wish to travel on our path to healing and wholeness.

Then, either through assistance of a healer or engaging in self-guided meditation, we allow ourselves to own the feelings, releasing blame, regardless of how the situation or individual may have triggered them. The person or situation then actually has become a mirror for us to access and embrace the feelings as our own. For instance, instead of focusing on "they hurt me or upset me," we shift our perspective to "I feel hurt and upset." Through intent and steadfastly being with the feelings, we invite into our consciousness a glimpse of our childhood or early adolescence when we might have experienced these emotions before. It is vital not to dismiss whatever emerges but to connect with that younger version of ourselves and listen to their innermost feelings. By being present for this younger self in a way no one else could be, we begin the process of healing the origin of the pain, discomfort, and recurring, unwelcome thoughts.

This practice offers a remarkable experience as we conclude our day. During this introspective review of the day, we have the opportunity to recreate the patterns of challenging experiences in a different light. We start by reacting to our memories using the aforementioned exercise and then consider what we may need in our lives, whether from ourselves or others.

May your journey on the path to healing be filled with countless blessings.

Like many of us, my introduction to energy healing started about 30 years ago when conventional medicine failed to provide answers to my health concerns. My one-year-old daughter, suffering from asthma, was prescribed steroids for her breathing difficulties, and I embarked on a quest to explore alternative approaches. This quest led me to the world of reiki, and after experiencing a profoundly transformative treatment, I decided to learn the practice and eventually became a teacher. Concurrently, I encountered an NAET (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique) practitioner who, through muscle testing, identified a missing nutrient that brought about an immediate improvement in my daughter's health. This marked the beginning of a career dedicated to the practice and teaching of healing through the channeling of divine energy.

At the time I first delved into energy healing, quantum physics was not widely recognized, and quantum information was not readily available. While the theory of light as a wave was introduced in 1801, it wasn't until we could observe the atom and conduct quantum experiments that it ceased to be just theoretical. In one of the Matrix Energetics workshops I attended, Dr. Bartlett explained that quantum energy is smaller than 1/1000 of an inch, while Newtonian physics deals with scales larger than 1/1000 of an inch. In other words, Newtonian physics pertains to the physical reality we perceive, while quantum physics underlies this reality, operating at an unseen level. Quantum experiments have further deepened our understanding of how mental intention, focus, imagery, and attention can influence our physical well-being. This newfound understanding has provided me with a powerful tool to assist others in their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual healing journeys during energy treatments.

As I began witnessing countless remarkable transformations in my reiki clients, I felt compelled to explore the rich healing traditions of North and South America, which I pursued for decades. These traditions involve rituals for cleansing, releasing, showing reverence to the Earth and its inhabitants, and embracing vulnerability in order to receive new divine paradigms, beliefs, and ways of being. These inspirations can stem from solitary moments in nature or shared spiritual connections with others. The intuitive insights that arise in our daily interactions, when we are attuned to them, may take a few weeks to cultivate. I like to think of it as a "muscle" that we can exercise and develop over time simply by focused attention

The healing journey begins with intention. We are guided benevolently along this path, sometimes with the assistance of healers. Embracing oneself on this journey towards health is not a state of stagnation but rather a balance between being present in the moment and holding the vision of future health and wholeness in your heart. May you be blessed on your path to healing.

How to restore our innate healing system by removing intruders!

The human body has evolved intricate mechanisms to eliminate many toxins and safeguard our health. Nevertheless, the efficiency of this innate detoxification system has diminished across generations, primarily due to factors like excessive antibiotic use, an overwhelming presence of toxic chemicals in our food, water, and air, the relentless stress of modern life, imbalanced nutrition, reduced time in nature, and depleted soil quality. This inherited reduced threshold can be re-balanced and restored through a combination of toxin assessments and targeted detoxification efforts, complemented by the adoption of a daily regimen focused on nutrition and toxin elimination.

Human pathogens and toxins encompass a wide range of hazards including;

*viruses, *bacteria, *fungi/mold, *protozoa, *worms, *chemicals (includes petro-chemical based nanoplastics for example, and natural chemicals), *specific plants and their fruit, *heavy metals, *food allergens, *unhealthy medication, *insect/animal, *and even electromagnetic fields (EMFs). These harmful agents can infiltrate the body through various means, including inhalation, skin contact, ingestion via food and water, entry through open wounds, transmission by insects, exchange of fluids, or by touching contaminated surfaces and subsequently touching one's eyes, ears, or mouth. In environments like the rainforest, we were cautioned not to touch anything, as even contact with a seemingly harmless plant could prove fatal due to its toxicity. This vivid example serves as a reminder of the potential dangers lurking in our surroundings. Of course we aren't in the rainforest, but we can begin examining these toxins one step at a time in our every day environment. The other aspect to health restoration is creating equilbirum in the fast pace of life's demands.

Reallocating time to nature, fostering interpersonal connections, and achieving work-life balance may require reevaluating our learned paradigms. The impact of life trauma extends beyond the realm of our conscious minds, influencing the way our brain, fixated on maintaining homeostasis, perceives life. Techniques such as neurofeedback, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, and voice-based trauma therapy offer viable approaches to clear past trauma and establish new neural pathways for a refreshed outlook on life.

Stay tuned for more information about reinforcing this powerful healing capacity within all of us!
