How to Heal

Take one step at a time. Change one or two things and get used to it, then move to the next. Changing everything at once is not usually sustainable. Be gentle and compassionate with yourself. If you move into an old habit, just say to yourself "I'm just showing myself I want to feel better". If you can use assistance, I'm here for you.
