What is a healthy life?

Many authorities on this subject want to define what is best for you. No one "diet" or lifestyle is best for everyone. Please consider each as suggestions, try different options and pick what feels best for you. Here I will address some options for health and healing in today's environmental terrain.

Adequate sleep

Pure/filtered drinking water

Purified air while sleeping/driving

Limited food toxins

Eliminate/limit environmental toxins

Adequate daily nutrient intake

Moving Toward Health
Some food toxins hide in the ingredients label. Processed and artificial sugar can easily be switched by choosing natural stevia, monk fruit, or coconut sugar sweetened soft drinks, chocolate, ice cream, etc. Most grains that are not organic are soaked in glyphosate to speed up the drying process. Fruits, vegetables and leafy greens are sprayed with chemicals. Choosing organic is an easy way to avoid food toxins.  Be sure to limit or avoid fried foods and watch for wheat/gluten reactions. Detox food toxins which don't easily leave the body.
A one nutrient recommendation, and then taking it in a capsule may cause an imbalance as most nutrients act in balance with one another. A bio-available vitamin and mineral supplement takes away the guess work when our soil no longer sustains nutrients. Exception; when recommended by a physician due to medicine depletion. Have essential fatty acids & digestive enzymes in your diet. Make sure the daily food intake is 80% alkaline and 20% acidic. Drinking lemon water or taking a chlorella tablet after cooked (acidic) foods will help.
Decide your optimal sleep for energy and focus. This means total time asleep within a 24 hour timeframe. Putting your awareness/attention on this is the beginning to health. Some tools will include; limit screen time before bed, write a to-do list for the next day and let it go until the morning, train your body to become tired at a specific time as often as possible.
Environmental toxins are sometimes hidden behind walls and in our soaps and cleaners. The list of toxins in unfiltered water and air is long. Choosing cleansers for our bodies and homes which are pure is essential. If sick, be sure to find a physician who can test for pathogens which may be preventing health. Detoxing in today's world is essential.
