Dr. Jane Fresne, DN
Like many of us, my introduction to energy healing started about 30 years ago when conventional medicine failed to provide answers to my health concerns. My one-year-old daughter, suffering from asthma, was prescribed steroids for her breathing difficulties, and I embarked on a quest to explore alternative approaches. This quest led me to the world of reiki, and after experiencing a profoundly transformative treatment, I decided to learn the practice and eventually became a teacher. Concurrently, I encountered an NAET (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique) practitioner who, through muscle testing, identified a missing nutrient that brought about an immediate improvement in my daughter's health. This marked the beginning of a career dedicated to the practice and teaching of healing through the channeling of divine energy.
At the time I first delved into energy healing, quantum physics was not widely recognized, and quantum information was not readily available. While the theory of light as a wave was introduced in 1801, it wasn't until we could observe the atom and conduct quantum experiments that it ceased to be just theoretical. In one of the Matrix Energetics workshops I attended, Dr. Bartlett explained that quantum energy is smaller than 1/1000 of an inch, while Newtonian physics deals with scales larger than 1/1000 of an inch. In other words, Newtonian physics pertains to the physical reality we perceive, while quantum physics underlies this reality, operating at an unseen level. Quantum experiments have further deepened our understanding of how mental intention, focus, imagery, and attention can influence our physical well-being. This newfound understanding has provided me with a powerful tool to assist others in their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual healing journeys during energy treatments.
As I began witnessing countless remarkable transformations in my reiki clients, I felt compelled to explore the rich healing traditions of North and South America, which I pursued for decades. These traditions involve rituals for cleansing, releasing, showing reverence to the Earth and its inhabitants, and embracing vulnerability in order to receive new divine paradigms, beliefs, and ways of being. These inspirations can stem from solitary moments in nature or shared spiritual connections with others. The intuitive insights that arise in our daily interactions, when we are attuned to them, may take a few weeks to cultivate. I like to think of it as a "muscle" that we can exercise and develop over time simply by focused attention
The healing journey begins with intention. We are guided benevolently along this path, sometimes with the assistance of healers. Embracing oneself on this journey towards health is not a state of stagnation but rather a balance between being present in the moment and holding the vision of future health and wholeness in your heart. May you be blessed on your path to healing.
